Why Learn With Us? What is the true costs of learning to drive? What should I check?

OK you have looked at our prices and probably other driving school sites in Warrington as well. You may have asked you friends about driving lessons or maybe someone in your family has learnt a few years ago. So why is it important to understand the difference between “Cheap” and “Value for Money”?

What is the true cost of learning to drive?

We believe our prices are among the most competitive in the market. How many times have you bought something only to be disappointed with it later. That is not our aim at Horgis School of Motoring. When you are ready to start learning to drive we urge you to call us first.

What should you be checking when you meet your instructor and choose your school?

What is the true cost of learning to drive.

Answer: Simple we believe. By quality instruction, using the most up-to-date techniques, should ensure you pass with the least amount of training. We all learn at different speeds but imagine the cost of having to take more lessons with a “cheaper” instructor, when you could have spent wisely, trained quicker, with fewer lessons and saved money with Horgis School of Motoring.

How will my training be carried out?

Answer: Good training we believe, should be conducted on a One-to-One basis. This is the best way to learn as you will have the full attention of your instructor, not have to car share and have someone interrupting the instructor just as you need their help! Imagine booking and paying for an hours tuition only to find you have to car share with other pupils.

That special price they gave you suddenly doesn't seem that good now does it?

  Are they FULLY qualified?

Answer: All DSA (Driving Standards Agency) licensed instructors will be asked to pass 3 stringent driving exams, only then will they be allowed to apply for a Full Licence (Green). The licence MUST by law be displayed in the car you use for training while the instructor is with you. Ask them to show you the licence and check its them (should be a photo) and that it has not expired! There are lots of “Cheaper” instructors out there on Trainee and expired licences.
